Happy summer! We’re thrilled to announce our newest Limited Batch, Cherry Pie Cashew & Almond Butter!

Our Limited Batch nut butter series introduces a take on nut butter that didn't exist before, pushing the boundaries of what nut butter can be. These recipes are distinctly of the moment, celebrating the season as well as the sheer joy of invention, and are available for only three consecutive months each year. Some of our most popular Limited Batch nut butters even make it into our permanent lineup—bestsellers like Pistachio Crunch and Carrot Cake started as Limited Batch nut butters!

Cherry Pie, as its namesake inspiration suggests, is a nostalgic tribute to one of America’s most iconic desserts. Timeless and comforting, this nut butter evokes memories of gatherings with loved ones, handwritten family recipes, and slow, sun-filled summers.

Fresh-roasted heirloom Mission almonds and Fair Labor cashews create the perfect foundation to showcase three types of cherries(!): soft dried cherries for deep jammy sweetness, crunchy freeze-dried cherries for bursts of bright fruit flavor, and black cherry oil that infuses every bite with the unmistakable aroma of fresh-baked cherry pie.

If internal tastings at team meetings are any indication, this one is going to be a hit. We can’t remember the last time our team has been so excited about a new Limited Batch (and we get excited about all of them)!

The recipe is rounded out by real vanilla and crispy quinoa to replicate the delicate crunch of a buttery pie crust fresh from the oven. A finishing touch of Jacobsen sea salt ties everything together, making every spoonful feel both nostalgic and completely new.

We love Cherry Pie over vanilla ice cream, paired with fresh apple slices, baked into cookies, featured on a summer snack plate, or right off the spoon, only here through September (while supplies last)!
