When life gives you lemons, make something great! Proceeds from each jar of Lemon Cookie Cashew Butter will be donated directly to Harper’s Home, a local nonprofit that provides free, comfortable, and conveniently located housing to families with children receiving treatment at Duke Children’s Hospital.
When we released this nut butter as a seasonal Limited Batch, the response was so overwhelmingly positive, we knew we needed to add this cult favorite to our year-round selection. This enchantingly bright nut butter is like spreadable lemon coconut cookies in a jar, hence the name change from “Lemon Coconut” to Lemon Cookie in March 2024.
Organic cashews, real lemon, Organic coconut nectar, and flaky Jacobsen sea salt combine with the crispy texture of house-toasted coconut to make an out-of-this-world burst of sweet sunshine. We love it mixed into yogurt bowls, atop toast with fresh fruit, or as a substitute for peanut butter in homemade cookies. We can't wait for you to try it!
We've sampled cashews from all over the world, and these Certified Organic, fair-labor-certified cashews from a community of growers in Vietnam are the best we have ever tasted. In addition to their uniquely delicious flavor and texture, cashews are also great sources of heart-healthy fats, protein, and anti-inflammatory minerals. Specifically, the magnesium in cashews has been shown to help with nerve function, improve sleep quality, and dampen symptoms of anxiety.
Coconut meat's health benefits are attributed to its rich phenolic compounds, vitamins, minerals, and inflammation-fighting antioxidants. Eating coconut meat has been linked to cardiac health, better blood sugar control, and healthier digestion.

We offer real–time shipping rates for services including USPS Priority Mail, USPS Retail Ground, FedEx – 2nd Day, and FedEx Home Delivery. These options include estimated shipping and arrival dates, but please note that delivery dates are not guaranteed, as they are subject to change by carrier. We don’t add any handling fees to your orders, and we work hard to negotiate the best shipping rates available.

INGREDIENT INTEGRITY
Each ingredient we use is carefully sourced based on our strict standards for taste, sustainability, transparency, and the fair and ethical treatment of everyone involved in producing it. Most of our ingredients are Certified Organic and all are GMO-free. We work exclusively with whole, natural foods, and you won’t find gluten, soy, or anything described as a “flavor” among our ingredients. We also never use fillers or shelf stabilizers like palm oil, hydrogenated oils, or partially hydrogenated oils.
SMALL-BATCH CRAFT
Our skilled food artisans roast, toast, measure, and mix each batch by hand to exacting standards to get the pinnacle of taste and freshness from each ingredient. The small scale of our batch process allows us to craft each jar and bar with incredible precision and care you can taste. This level of focus also allows us to carefully inspect and taste each product to make sure it meets our standards before it is packaged and delivered. Our commitment to keeping production in-house ensures the highest quality standards while also creating sustainable jobs for our team.

Tried this as part of a sampler and had to buy a big jar. My husband had no chance to try it because I didn't want to share. A spoonful here and there served as a sweet refreshing but substantial treat when I needed one. I guess I should try it on bread some day! Highly recommend if you like lemon!
