Our go-to coffee order got a makeover in our new espresso nut butter collaboration with Michigan-based Madcap Coffee! Vanilla Latte Almond Butter emulates the smooth, comforting layers of espresso, your favorite milk, and vanilla, made spreadable. The base of heirloom Mission almonds is accented with the sweetness of Organic maple syrup and Ugandan Bourbon vanilla that round out the boldness of Madcap’s flagship Eureka Espresso, balanced by touches of Organic virgin coconut oil and Jacobsen sea salt.
We love Vanilla Latte spread on toast, swirled in smoothies, paired with fresh apples and berries, or as a delicious treat straight from the spoon.
How much caffeine is in this nut butter? In a 2-Tbsp serving (28g), there is approximately 0.3 mg of caffeine. A typical 6oz cup of coffee contains about 68 mg of caffeine.

Our handcrafted nut butters and bars are freshly made in small batches and typically ship in 2-3 business days. We offer real–time shipping rates for services including USPS Priority Mail, USPS Retail Ground, FedEx – 2nd Day, and FedEx Home Delivery. These options include estimated shipping and arrival dates, but please note that delivery dates are not guaranteed, as they are subject to change by carrier. We don’t add any handling fees to your orders, and we work hard to negotiate the best shipping rates available.

INGREDIENT INTEGRITY
Each ingredient we use is carefully sourced based on our strict standards for taste, sustainability, transparency, and the fair and ethical treatment of everyone involved in producing it. Most of our ingredients are Certified Organic and all are GMO-free. We work exclusively with whole, natural foods, and you won’t find gluten, soy, or anything described as a “flavor” among our ingredients. We also never use fillers or shelf stabilizers like palm oil, hydrogenated oils, or partially hydrogenated oils.
SMALL-BATCH CRAFT
Our skilled food artisans roast, toast, measure, and mix each batch by hand to exacting standards to get the pinnacle of taste and freshness from each ingredient. The small scale of our batch process allows us to craft each jar and bar with incredible precision and care you can taste. This level of focus also allows us to carefully inspect and taste each product to make sure it meets our standards before it is packaged and delivered. Our commitment to keeping production in-house ensures the highest quality standards while also creating sustainable jobs for our team.

Love the new Vanilla Latte flavor. I'm a big fan of the Tigerwalk Espresso. This has a much lighter coffee flavor, but still enough flavor. This particular nut butter would be great on just about anything. Glad this is a permanent flavor. We will be buying more very soon!

This variation is a very nice addition to the nut butter section. It's not as bold as the Tigerwalk Expresso Almond Butter (with hazelnut), but it is an excellent nut butter. I found it to be particularly smooth and flavorful right out of the jar! Please keep blending expresso coffee with your nut butters!

I love vanilla, I love the latte flavor and I love almond butter, so what’s not to love about this new Big Spoon flavor? It’s sweet, salty and addictive. I have yet to try a Big Spoon almond butter I did not like, though! And I highly recommend trying Vanilla Latte Almond!
